Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Agriculture, Seed Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in farm management, crop production, Climate Smart Agriculture, demonstration farms, or agricultural development projects
- Age Limit: 18–50 years
- Gender: Both male and female candidates encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage all day-to-day farm operations
- Coordinate land preparation, sowing, irrigation, fertilizer application, plant protection, harvesting, and post-harvest activities
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, irrigation systems, and project assets
- Maintain records of crop production, farm inputs, labor, machinery use, yields, and farm expenditures
- Coordinate with project experts, consultants, researchers, extension staff, and farmers during field activities and demonstrations
- Prepare periodic progress reports, work plans, inventories, and other required documentation
- Assist in conducting events, stakeholder consultations, and workshops
- Remain available via phone/online during working hours, and beyond when required, for timely coordination
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Task Lead
