NADRA Data Entry Operator Female Jobs 2026 — Sukkur Region, Apply Online by 4 October

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has invited female residents of six specific tehsils across Sindh's Sukkur region to apply for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator – Female) positions. One post is reserved for each tehsil, Intermediate is the minimum qualification, and the age limit is 25. Applications are online only and close on 4 October 2026.

This recruitment was originally announced as a walk-in test/interview process. NADRA later issued a corrigendum switching it to online-only applications and extending the deadline to 4 October — so if you saw an earlier version mentioning a walk-in date, go by this one instead.

Each post is tehsil-specific: you can only apply for the tehsil that matches your own CNIC/domicile, not any of the other five.

Who Can Apply

  • Domicile: Female residents of the respective tehsil only, as shown on CNIC/domicile — this is checked before you're allowed to sit the test/interview.
  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent, minimum.
  • Experience: Not compulsory, but 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Age: 25 years maximum. The five-year general relaxation is already built into this limit, and no further relaxation is available.
  • Encouraged to apply: Women from minority communities and differently-abled women.
  • Government employees: If you already work in a government or semi-government department, attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with your application.

How to Apply

NADRA processes this application through its PAKID digital identity system rather than a simple form. The portal's own instructions are:

  1. Create an account on the PAKID Mobile App.
  2. Verify your PAKID account through biometric verification.
  3. Sign in on the NADRA Careers Portal using your PAKID credentials.
  4. Your Citizen Number is your login ID.
  5. Apply for the job through your PAKID-verified account.

Documents and Interview

  • Bring original personal, educational and professional documents to the test/interview, exactly as specified for your slot — requests to be considered after the specified time will not be entertained.
  • Only shortlisted candidates are called for test/interview.
  • Attested certificates from your educational boards are required at the interview.
  • If selected, you'll need to provide medical fitness and character certificates.
  • No TA/DA is paid for attending the test or interview.
  • Mobile phones, smartwatches and similar electronic gadgets are not allowed at the test/interview venue.

False information disqualifies a candidate at any stage, and NADRA can withhold, cancel, reject or accept any application without giving a reason.
