NADRA Scanning Operator Jobs 2026 in Islamabad — Rs. 40,000 Base Pay, Apply by 11 October

What the Job Involves

Selected candidates will be assigned to archive old NADRA records, which means scanning them in bulk. The advertisement sets a minimum of 400 pages per day, and the project runs in three shifts, six days a week. You need to be willing to work whichever shift the project requires. Because the records are official, you must also follow NADRA's Data and Information Security Policies and keep everything you handle confidential.

Who Can Apply

  • Domicile: Only residents of Islamabad, as shown on their CNIC/domicile, will be allowed to appear for the interview.
  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent is the minimum.
  • Age: 25 years at most. The five-year relaxation is already built into this limit, and NADRA will not entertain further age-relaxation requests.

The base salary is Rs. 40,000 per month. On top of that, an incentive is paid per scanned form, but the advertisement says only that NADRA will set the rate later. No figure is given. With a daily minimum of 400 pages, it is worth asking about the incentive structure at the interview.
