NCCIA Announces Constable & Constable Driver Jobs 2026 — 238 Posts, Apply by September 14

The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, has opened its largest recruitment window yet: 238 posts across Constable (BS-05) and Constable Driver (BS-05) — the entry point into NCCIA's uniformed workforce. Both roles carry Matriculation-level qualification requirements and share the agency's Physical and Endurance Test standards. The application deadline has been extended to September 14, 2026, following an announcement by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

1. Constable (BS-05) — 174 Posts

The largest single vacancy count in this recruitment drive.

  • Qualification: Matriculation, 2nd Class, from a recognized Board
  • Age: 18–25 years
  • Physical requirements (men only): Height — 5 ft 6 in; Chest — 33 x 34½ inches
  • Provincial quota: Merit 14, Punjab 74 (+9 women, +4 minority), Sindh Rural 17 (+2 women, +1 minority), Sindh Urban 11 (+1 woman, +1 minority), KPK 17 (+2 women, +1 minority), Balochistan 9 (+1 woman), Ex-FATA 4 (+1 woman), AJK 3, Gilgit-Baltistan 2

2. Constable Driver (BS-05) — 64 Posts

A driving-focused variant of the constable role, requiring a valid heavy/light vehicle license in addition to the standard matriculation qualification.

  • Qualification: Matriculation, 2nd Class, from a recognized Board
  • License required: LTV/HTV license from any licensing authority in Pakistan
  • Vision requirement: 6/6 vision in both eyes, without glasses
  • Experience: Capable of driving cars and light vehicles; knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Age: 18–25 years
  • Provincial quota: Merit 5, Punjab 27 (+3 women, +2 minority), Sindh Rural 6 (+1 woman), Sindh Urban 4 (+1 woman), KPK 6 (+1 woman), Balochistan 4, Ex-FATA 2, AJK 1, Gilgit-Baltistan 1

Physical & Endurance Test

Both posts require candidates to clear a Physical and Endurance Test before advancing to the Computer Based Test (CBT):

  • A 1-mile (1.6 km) run, with a qualifying time of 7 minutes for men and 10 minutes for women
  • Physical measurements of height and chest, matching the Constable minimums listed above

Only candidates who meet the physical standards and successfully complete the endurance test proceed to the CBT stage. No relaxation is permitted in the lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test — though the standard 5-year general age relaxation applies under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limits) Rules, 1993.

  1. Apply online through the National Police Foundation – Testing and Assessment Service (NPFTAS) portal at www.npftas.pk
  2. Pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2,000 per post via 1Link-1Bill (Bank/ATM/Internet Banking/EasyPaisa/JazzCash/UPaisa), using the 22-digit PSID from your fee challan
  3. Candidates applying for both posts must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each
  4. No hand-delivered, courier, or offline applications will be accepted
  5. Government employees must apply through proper channel and produce an NOC at the interview stage
  6. Last date to apply: September 14, 2026

Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. Original documents and attested copies are required at the interview stage; providing false information is a criminal offense under Sections 420/468/471 of the Pakistan Penal Code, punishable by up to 7 years' imprisonment.
