PEIMA Jobs 2026 — Director, Chief Audit Officer & Assistant Director Posts in Lahore

The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), an autonomous body under the School Education Department, is hiring for six leadership and specialist posts at its Lahore office: four Director-level positions, one Chief Audit Officer, and one Assistant Director. All are contract-based on a lump-sum monthly pay package, ranging from Rs. 225,000 to Rs. 750,000 depending on the post. PEIMA Director-Level Jobs 2026 — Age 35–55, Rs. 750,000/month

All four director posts carry the same age bracket, salary and minimum experience (10 years, including at least 3 years at a senior level in a medium-to-large organization) — they differ in subject-matter focus. M.Phil/PhD holders get preference across all four, as do candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and international or domestic donor organizations, plus sound knowledge of the education sector.

16 years' education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Arts & Humanities. Experience in HR policy, service rules and disciplinary frameworks, organizational restructuring, workforce planning, performance management systems, and administrative/procurement oversight.

PEIMA Director (Partnership & Collaboration) Jobs 2026

16 years' education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development, or Social Sciences. Experience in donor resource mobilization (bilateral, multilateral, CSR), institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication and media relations, proposal writing and donor reporting.

PEIMA Director (Academics & Research) Jobs 2026

16 years' education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences. Experience in curriculum design and review, educational research methodology, teacher professional development, academic quality assurance, and evidence-based policy reform.

PEIMA Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) Jobs 2026

16 years' education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics. Experience designing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs, building KPIs and logical frameworks, managing centralized data systems, conducting impact evaluations, and reporting to donors and senior management.

PEIMA Chief Audit Officer Jobs 2026 — Age 30–45, Rs. 350,000/month

  • Qualification: ACCA, ICMA, CA, or a minimum of 16 years' education in Finance, Accounting or Commerce (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in internal audit, risk management and compliance — conducting risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, investigating financial irregularities, preparing audit reports, and liaising with external auditors (AG Office). Experience handling medium-to-high revenue project/program reporting, disbursement procedures and government accounting is preferred.

PEIMA Assistant Director (Training & QA) Jobs 2026 — Age 25–35, Rs. 225,000/month

  • Qualification: 16 years' education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 3 years organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and data, assisting in developing training materials, and compiling training data for reports.

  2. Pay the non-refundable Rs. 3,000 application processing fee for each post you apply for, through PEIMA's own challan portal: peima.pesrp.edu.pk/user/generate_challan.
  3. Upload proof of that payment at the time you submit your application. An application submitted without valid proof of deposit will be rejected — don't skip this step.
  4. If you want to apply for more than one post, generate a separate challan and pay the fee separately for each one.
