- Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in construction supervision, infrastructure development, and project planning, designing, and execution. Public sector building infrastructure project experience preferred.
- Assists in planning, executing, and monitoring civil works for bus depots, terminals, bus shelters, and allied infrastructure, including reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and contractor submissions
2. Assistant Manager (Electrical) — 9 Posts
- Gross Salary: PKR 350,000/month
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university; Master's degree preferred
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems, power distribution, substations, electrical installations, or EV charging infrastructure. Public sector infrastructure project experience preferred.
- Covers power supply systems, transformers, substations, lighting, and charging infrastructure — including monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
3. Assistant Manager (Health & Safety) — 3 Posts
- Gross Salary: PKR 300,000/month
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.) preferred.
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management on infrastructure or construction projects. Public sector infrastructure project experience preferred.
- Implements and monitors HSE plans at project sites, conducts safety inspections, investigates incidents and near-misses, and runs safety training for project personnel
4. Sub Engineer — 30 Posts
- Gross Salary: PKR 150,000/month
- Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institute
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision of civil/electrical works, site inspections, measurements, and construction/installation monitoring.
Tied with Assistant Manager (Civil) as the highest-volume post in the entire PTC recruitment drive — a strong option for DAE holders with hands-on site supervision experience.
5. Quantity Surveyor — 9 Posts
- Gross Salary: PKR 144,830/month
- Qualification: DAE in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline from a recognized institute; a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement of construction works.
